Yes. Torraca Electrical holds a current electrical contractor's licence in New South Wales. We're also an accredited Level 2 Authorised Service Provider (ASP). Our licence number is 377890C. You can verify this at the NSW Fair Trading website.

Yes. We offer emergency call-out services for situations like power outages, tripped safety switches, and electrical faults. Give us a call and we'll get someone to you as quickly as possible.

A Level 2 Authorised Service Provider is an electrician accredited to work on the network infrastructure side of your meter — things like new power connections, private poles, and service upgrades. If your energy retailer or another electrician has told you that you need a Level 2 ASP, we're fully accredited to do that work.

Most residential jobs — like installing a safety switch, adding power points, or upgrading lights — take a day, half a day or less (dependent on what needs to get done). Larger commercial and infrastructure projects vary dependent on the specifics of the job and scope of works required. We'll give you a realistic timeframe when we quote.
